We follow a proven multi-step system to get the best results without damaging your carpet.

1) Pre-Inspection
First, we check carpet type, stains, and high-traffic areas so we can choose the safest and most effective cleaning method.

2) Pre-Vacuuming
Next, we remove loose dirt and debris. This step is critical because dry soil can turn into mud during cleaning.

3) Pre-Treatment
We apply a professional cleaning solution to break down oils, dirt, and stains.

4) Deep Steam Extraction and/or Mechanical Counter Rotating Brushes
Hot water extraction (often called steam cleaning) flushes out contaminants using powerful suction

Mechanical Cleaning uses specialized carpet cleaners designed to remove dirt, stains, and odors while being safe for various carpet types

Drying times for Steam Cleaning are 2-4 hour usually

Mechanical Clean is 30min-1hour

5) Spot Treatment
Stubborn stains receive specialized treatment for maximum removal.

To speed up drying:

• Turn on ceiling fans

• Use your HVAC system

• Keep windows slightly open (weather permitting)

• Avoid heavy foot traffic until fully dry

We remove as much moisture as possible during extraction so drying is faster.
